Bringing everyone on the same page – Making strategy real!
Strategy is not a word for posters, it’s about every action you take in the organisation and how one can stay true to the strategy.
- How do you live your strategy internally and externally?
- How do you influence living your strategy?
In their workshop Air Products will delve into business strategy, values, goals and Corporate Social Responsibility.
